Infrastructure model
Arvexa uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) together with company-owned or company-controlled server hardware and other fulfillment platforms. A listed region identifies an available fulfillment market; it does not mean Arvexa owns every datacenter building.
Privacy model
Standard account signup is email-only and does not routinely require identity-document KYC. Arvexa minimizes operational logging and does not sell customer data. Short-lived technical metadata can still exist where necessary for service operation or security.
Network claims
Standard server tiers are listed with up to 1 Gbps ports. Premium dedicated and GPU tiers are listed with up to 10 Gbps ports. DDoS protection is included, with mitigation characteristics varying by platform and region.
Availability claim
Arvexa publishes a 99.9% availability SLA for eligible hosted services, subject to the exclusions in the SLA policy.
Refund claim
Eligible undelivered or unused initial services can be refunded when requested within 24 hours. Domain charges are excluded. Approved crypto refunds use the eligible USD invoice value as the basis.
No invented trust metrics
Arvexa does not publish fabricated customer counts, review scores, certifications or datacenter ownership claims. Product and company statements should remain tied to facts the business can support.
