GPU SERVER FAQ

GPU Hosting Questions

Can I request a specific GPU model?

Yes. Contact Arvexa Host before ordering when your application depends on an exact NVIDIA model, VRAM capacity or CUDA feature set. Listed GPU classes are subject to stock and regional availability.

Which operating systems are available?

GPU servers use the Linux operating system choices in the Arvexa server configurator. Driver, CUDA and application requirements can be confirmed during manual provisioning.

Are GPU servers provisioned automatically?

No. GPU orders are manually reviewed and provisioned so hardware availability, workload requirements and the selected location can be confirmed before activation.

SERVICE FACTS

Know What You Are Ordering

Clear billing, provisioning, management and backup expectations before checkout.

Billing & renewalRecurring billing follows the cycle shown in checkout. The checkout total and configured renewal price are authoritative.
ProvisioningAvailability is confirmed before activation for Dedicated/GPU orders.
ManagementSelf-managed by default unless management is explicitly included or purchased.
BackupsNot assumed by default. Backup coverage only applies when the selected plan/order explicitly includes it.
Network & IPsDDoS protection is included. Traffic, port speed, IPv4/IPv6 allocations and mitigation characteristics depend on the selected plan and fulfillment platform.
SupportSupport requests can be submitted 24/7 through the client area. This does not promise continuous live-agent coverage or a fixed response time.

Choose the GPU around the workload

Check model or scene memory, software compatibility, CPU preprocessing and dataset storage before selecting a GPU. A listed GPU model does not guarantee a particular inference speed or render time.

LLM inference

Estimate model memory, context and concurrency. Review the LLM server requirements before asking for availability.

Rendering and compute

Confirm the renderer or compute stack supports the selected hardware. Use the GPU buying guide for the complete system checklist.

Confirm exact hardware, region, stock and activation expectations before scheduling a migration. Prices and available configurations remain subject to the final order.
