Email-only standard registration
Arvexa Host does not operate a routine identity-document KYC process for standard account registration. A valid email address is sufficient for standard signup. A payment processor, registrar, upstream provider or applicable legal requirement may have separate rules outside Arvexa Host’s standard signup process.
Data minimization
We aim to avoid collecting information that is not needed for account access, billing, service delivery, support, security or legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal data.
Minimal operational logging
We aim to minimize retention of operational logs. Web servers, billing systems, infrastructure platforms and security tools may generate short-lived technical metadata such as IP addresses, timestamps, authentication events and request information. Such data is retained only when reasonably needed for service operation, troubleshooting, security, abuse response, billing integrity or applicable legal requirements.
Customer content
We do not routinely inspect customer content for advertising or profiling. Access to customer data is limited to circumstances reasonably necessary to provide support, investigate a credible security or abuse issue, protect the service, or meet a valid legal obligation.
Cryptocurrency payments
Supported invoices can be paid with cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency improves payment privacy, but it should not be described as guaranteed anonymity: blockchain transactions can create public records and payment processors can apply their own compliance or risk controls. Arvexa support never requires a wallet seed phrase or private key.
Infrastructure and service providers
Arvexa uses Amazon Web Services (AWS), company-owned or company-controlled server hardware, payment processors, domain providers and other service partners where required to deliver an order. These providers may process the minimum information necessary for their role under their own policies.
Website analytics and consent
We use Google Analytics 4 only when a visitor chooses to allow optional analytics. The analytics tag is not loaded before consent. If analytics is rejected, essential site functions remain available. Analytics may process technical information such as page views, device/browser information, approximate location derived by the provider, and interaction events used to understand site performance and the sales journey. The visitor can reopen Cookie settings in the site footer to change the preference. We do not use this analytics setup to sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for active service delivery, billing records, support, security, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Customers may contact support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
